Well I'm from italy and I want to support a team but i don't know. Which team to support? And which team should I not support? and why?

Wassup Billy!

There are three Italian players currently in the league. Why not support the team they play for? Namely, Danilo Galinari (drafted by the New York Knicks with the 6th overall pick this year), Andrei Bargnani (2006 1st overall pick by the Toronto Raptors) and my favorite among the three Italian players, Golden State's Marco Belinelli.

hey Billy...you should do a little research and see who the best franchise of ALL TIME is...with the MOST World Championships, the LONGEST consecutive run of Championships, a NINE out of ELEVEN record against their closest rivals IN the Championships...If you want to root for the MOST SUCCESSFUL NBA franchise ever, I think you should root for the CURRENT WORLD CHAMPIONS:

I REALLY love Basketball in general so I would let your favorite team find you instead of you trying to find your favorite team. It works for me. You have to have a lot of love for your team!

Well you should first watch games of every team and find which team's style of play you like. Or if you like a certain player, then you can root for that team. You don't have to support a team with an Italian, but if you do, then the Raptors have a young Italian player. Once you've chosen your team, you don't support any teams that can beat your team, especially rival teams.

New Orleans Hornets are a great team to support. Very team oriented, and extremely talented, without alot of ego. My favorite team is the Lakers, but that is b/c I used to live in Los Angeles and I liked them then, also they have a history of great players, but many people HATE the Lakers.

Hornets are a very nice team to support.They're very entertaining on one side.Chris alleyoops to Tyson,Peja's threes,Chris' impossible pass,David West's domination of the post,Tyson's offensive rebounds.

You should support whichever team gives you most reason to support them. If none of the teams seem enticing, then support whichever team has your countrymen. I know the New York Knicks have that Italian rookie, and Toronto Raptors have Andrea Bargnani.

Many people give Chinese fans heat for support the Rockets only because Yao is on the team. I personally think it is wrong to criticize people for supporting their countrymen. Your heritage makes you who you are, and you should embrace it.

You should totally support the Suns they are gold this year and may even win a championship. Heres who the got:

STEVE NASH: 2 time MVP, best PG, and a real classy nice guy

AMARE SOUDEMIRE: one of the best PF and future MVP

GRANT HILL: was great in his early career but had injury's, PHX kinda revived him and now he is playing great again.

SHAQ: MVP, 3 time Finals MVP, 4 championships, and well you probably know Shaq.

We also have players like Raja Bell (great defender), Boris Diaw, Barbosa, and Mat Barnes.

the SUNS are awesome and the guys on the team all get along great and wanna win so so so bad. They are a run and gun team and the funest in the NBA to watch.
