Which PDA is Best and why?

Which PDA / Pocket PC do you like the best and why?

Please give brand and some of the specs that you like.

And if you have suggestions:

I am looking for something with 320x320 or bigger screen. 32Meg or more mem. Dont need a super-kick butt one.

I have the livedrive by palm.  I love it..bluetooth, wi fi, media player and a 4gb hard drive.  They don't make it anymore, and I have to admit if you look at the reviews on amazon alot of people have had horrible luck with it.  I have had no problems with mine that I could n't figure out.   It has been good for me for the last three years.

What do you want to do with it?

I have had Palm, MS Mobile, Blackberry and iPhone. Hands down the iPhone was the best of them all. It was the one device that let me stop carrying a phone, PDA and media player and go to a single device. I was actually great at all 3.

If you don't care about media or phone get a MS Mobile device, if you don't care about media or internet browsing and mainly want email get a Blackberry.
