which scrubs episode is it where Dr. Cox brother dies but yet follows him around the entire episode and you actually find out that he died at the end of the episode?

I thought in that episode that Dr. Cox was the only one who could see Ben, but J.D. responded to him at the beginning of the episode. I guess he came back and then died shortly before Jack's birthday party. I've always wondered if they ever did celebrate Jack's first birthday.

Yep, it's My Screwup.  Did you notice that Ben said he'd carry his camera around until the day he died?  And then in that episode, after he died he no longer had the camera?  Brilliant writing.  Funny and oh, so sad.  Might be the best episode of any tv show ever.
