Which UC is better for LAW?

I doubt that I would make it into a very good university like yale or something after high school, even though I am trying my best, and good thing is that I have got good grades all 3 years and on to my 4th year of high school. I am also very involved at school. I have decided that I will stay in California due to my doubts and have been wondering, which UC would be good to go to if I will be majoring in law?

There is no major in law. You can be "pre-law," but there aren't specific classes you have to take, like for pre-med. You are recommended to take classes with a lot of reading (like history or English) and of course you have to do well on the LSAT. But you can do any major. You could be a biology major or engineering major, and go to law school specializing in patent law.

So, major in something that is interesting to you, and go to the UC that appeals to you the most. Visit as many campuses as you can; you may be surprised at which ones you like. Also, you may as well apply to at least one Ivy League school just to see if you get in.

Berkeley has a better reputation, but doesn't put as much of its resources into undergrad as some of the other campuses. Also, I may be biased as a UCD grad, but Davis has a small but good law school with one of the highest rates of passing the bar.

Berkeley - if you can get in.  But really all the UC's are good.  And you can save money by going to a CC first.  Considering the cost of law school that is something you should think about.  For law school consider Stanford or Berkeley - again if you can get in.
