Which Vista for new Vaio?

hey everyone,

just wondering..

hows Vista doing these days?

Im looking to get a vaio..however..Im very confused of which one to pick..

money is not an issue..I just want a reliable system..that doesnt give me the blue screen as often as the others!!!!

Will windows vista ultimate have less bugs?

will spending $200 more put me somewhat on a "safe side"?

Im gonna be using the laptop for photo editing and designing..

Hi Riian

If money is not an issue, get the Acer Aspire which is close to the same price. It is more reliable more robust thatn Sony. Even the Compaq is extemely sturdy.

My choice is ACER because if its reliability and speed and YES, you can even run Simcity 4 (memory hogger) without any issues as to laggig etc....

As for Vista, it is slightly slower than XP but, you won't get any blue screen or whatever. Vista is pretty close to crashproof.  My company repairs many computers and ACER is the one that requires the least maintenance.

As for photo-editing and running P-shop or Corel, bring it on. This machine will run them flawlessly.
