I want a camera with a bunch of cool features like the changing the color of the picture [black and white, all blue, all red, etc.] and other things but I can't think right now, but ya know what I mean, right? Like cool stuff you can do to the pictures. Price doesn't really matter. Thank you!!! (-:

  1. It really depends on how interested you are in photography and what type of camera you're looking for...

If you're interested in photography to the extent of looking at DSLRs (the larger body and lens type) then I would recommend the Nikon range. I personally have a Nikon D40 and also a starting interest in photography and this camera, along with the D40X and D60 (as these are the smaller of the Nikon DSLR range) are perfect for someone who may be used to point and shoot cameras, but also with the wider range and manual functions of an SLR... though would only recommend a DSLR if you're really prepared to carry it around, even with the D40 it's quite a bit larger than even the largest of P&Ss, I mean I usually take it around with friends (I'm 16) for like taking photos and stuff, but if it's something you just want to slip in your bag or pocket then DSLRs aren't really ideal.

Though besides DSLRs, I'd imagine there'd be quite a few P&Ss that also provide this function, but as a Nikon DSLR user, I know they have this function that you're looking for. Alternatively if you've already got a decent camera and unless you want to have it altered straight in the camera, then there's a lot of software that can easily perform this task, Adobe Photoshop being my personal favourite for touching up photos.

I'd recommend looking at websites such as http://www.dpreview.com/ to see what's available, if you're interested.
