Which country has the cheapest computers?

I am a pilot and what to get a computer, im trying to find which country has the cheapest/best computers. So when I fly there next ill pick one up. Can anyone please help? Im guessing ASIA somewhere, HK?

Hong Kong, make sure you go to a reputable shop though because since all computers are so cheap there are a lot of shops that run scams and you end up getting a 20-year-old grandma of a laptop. If you go to Hong Kong try the Mong Kok district which is famous for its computer gadgets...Good luck.
