Which double majors sound better?

Question

If I double in these majors, then I have to take same amount of classes. I am passionate about all of these majors, so I need help. I live in CA, USA.

To be honest with you, tell me which one make more money?

1) Biomedical Engineering (Biochemical Engineering) (B.S.)

2) Biomedical Engineering (Electrical Engineering) (B.S.)

3) Biomedical Engineering (Mechanical Engineering) (B.S.)

Tell me which one make more sense, and will be helpful to me in future. Can you rank these number way you would go with? Basically most interesting to least interesting. Thank you so much.

If you are looking to make the most amount of money, I would highly advise you to pick # 3.  #1 is probably the most interesting, but there is not a huge market for Biochemical engineers.
