Ok, short term probably cocaine long term opium. But it depends are we talking good quality cocaine or crack cocaine? Or opium through a pipe, or heroin or morphine? I'll just put it in order from least harmful to most. BTW they all do damage. opium through a pipe; morphine; good quality cocaine; heroin; crack cocaine.

they both SUCK. the other answers answered your question, so im going to give advice. if u want a drug to make u chill out, only do things in their natural state how god made em!!! (aka marijuana) thats the only **** i dabble in!!! dont get addicted to ANYTHING. maryjane isnt a gateway drug so thats good. or try self hypnotism or playin g metal music live on stage. that **** will get u a natural high!!!!
