Which is a better digital camera?

Which digital cam is better between the Samsung S730 7.2 megapixel and the Kodak C713 7.0 Megapixel? Which has the best quality or works the best. I'm trying to decide which to purchase, my gut is telling me to go with the Samsung!

Well I love samsung and it is I THINK better than Kodak because of it's quality and I own a samsung s73 and it works very good!!

They're somewhat the same, but as far as prices Kodak has the best.
