Yes, a holt, but ave heard of them borrowing abandoned beaver huts.

Then again sea otters live entirely at sea and make her home in sea weed, along with her girl friends. The men hang out in their own groups until mating time.

An otter's den is called a holt. Male otters are dog-otters, females are b*****s and babies are cubs or pups. The collective noun romp is sometimes used for a group of otters, being descriptive of their often playful nature.[1]
