It depends on who the artist is. Mary Blige rapped on Enough Cryin' and What's the 411 w/Puba, and both were off the hook. So, it really depends...

singer rapping because when a real emcee sings, he tries his best, when anybody but a rapper raps it's usually mediocre, like double d said there's rappers that can sing ex. Lauryn Hill, I just don't know many singers that can really spit
