Which make-up is best?

I need a light-weight make up that is about $10-$25 and wont 'cake' if you know what i mean. Right now i'm using IsAdora and i'm on my last bottle because they went out of business. I prefer buying it in the mall or store. Please post sites/prices/stores. THANKS!

well clinc has really great make up but  if you really dont want your make up to cake no matter what brand you have i recomend you put powder foundation on your eyelides or take those  wipes that take oil off your skin  and wipe your eye. oil tends to  be the reason your eye shadow 'cakes'
