i would choose Air. and it seems like you watch avatar. since the elements you put are the same as the ones they use in the cartoon.

Air = able to fly =)

I would choose Earth/Metal.  To be able to move earth, make something out of rock, mud, grass, trees, etc would be so wonderful.   And to be able to forge any type of weapon would be great also.  Any of the elements you mentioned above would be good to have and prove valuable countless times.  I will stick with Earth/Metal though.
