  1. To clarify:

EleanorRigbyy is the thief, and is fighting by accusing others of spreading lies.

Imilj is the one calling her out against it.

EleanorRigbyy is going around saying that imilj is harassing her, even as far as to posting on here and the DeviantArt forums.

There's evidence showing that EleanorRigbyy has been stealing photos from flickr and uploading it as her own.  As far as I know the deviations have already been reported.  It's possible that everything else in her gallery is stolen.

This user who posted this question is probably EleanorRigbyy for pity and attention.

  2. I have no clue.

  3. This is better than Gossip Girl.

  4. Insufficient data to say for sure, but circumstantial evidence is certainly against her. "Her" photos show no consistent style, and those that have camera information come from a dozen or more different cameras, many of them similar models from different manufacturers. By contrast, one of her alleged flickr personae uses only one camera, and the other has three complementary Canon models. Methinks she (and you) doth protest too much.

The true owner will be able to produce the original files as well  as accompanying shots from the same place and time.

  5. wow..  to much drama for my brain.....    if someone is posting works that are not their own, its copy-write infringement.   plain and simple.

also, anna brings up a great point about all the cameras... thats a lot of hardware....  alot of expensive hardware...

    interesting...

  6. Sorry I'm not into stranger's dramas, exit stage left....

  7. I'm sorry, but your friend is a liar.

She stole one of my photos.  And she has stolen photos by other photographers..

  8. I have the proof.  Responses by the original photographers on flickr.  You can't argue against that.

Give it up.  And I'm still waiting for my reply.

  9. LMAO, I was wondering if this is the situation you were posting about in your previous questions.  Though I don't have access to all the information, I have very little doubt that this girl has been stealing images to post on her site.  Firstly, because the images have been found on several different flicker accounts, which now she claims to be hers (yet some are male and some are female).  Also, she took down the pictures in question and attempted to get by undetected.

Me thinks this girl is you.  Shame on you.

    Edit

So you have 7 cameras.  Good for you.  Am I to assume that you are also male and female and sometimes named Steve?

  10. You don't get this much drama on daytime TV!  People, that's why you should watermark you pictures when you post them online!  People do steal, and this shows it!

I think the one pointing out the theft is the right one, and here's why:

    1.  One of the stolen pictures was of a poster that said "Happy Holidays" and had a drawing of the Grinch on it.  On the copy, they said they have no idea what holiday it could be, and didn't know why the grinch would be showing in July.  The original, in color, was posted on December 21, and not July.

    2.  The originals were mostly in color and the rip-offs were desaturated.  Hard to put color back in a black and white, now isn't it?

    3.  The first one they pointed out has been removed.  I'm sure somebody somewhere is pursuing this in legal channels.  DeviantArt doesn't want to encourage thefts.  If they allow it, they could be named in a lawsuit as well.

I don't like theives.  That person (or is it you?) is a thief.  They (you?) will be caught.

  11. The pictures are stolen, daaaaahling.
