The first is definitely better, at least IMHO. The background is less distracting and your head is at a very pleasing angle.

As for rating 1-10, I make it a policy never to rate a woman younger than 35.

Neither one.  The first one has a nice background but the expression is nicer on the second one.  The second was taken downward has a nicer expression but both of them have a strong glare on the face.  If I could match the face on the second to the first background...

Sorry, but would you rather have brutal honesty or a nice lie?

They're both pretty similar. I like the 2nd better......better lighting.

I'll rate you as a 7, you're cute. One thing though, your teeth are really yellow. Get some of those white strips.
