I have this friend. And i also had a straightener. I gave her the straightener to borrow.I have a new one right now. I used the old straightener from december to april. It's not even half used yet. I took good care of it. It's still in good condition and it straightens her hair really well. I bought that straightener for 80$. She wants to buy it from me for 20$. I want at least 40$ becuase of the good condition that it's in and becuase i didnt use it for too long. I gave it to her in the end of june. It's now september. Before June ended, we talked about the price. She wanted 30$ and i wanted 40$. so i told her to go in between that. Which is 35$. Now she's saying that she still wants it for 30$ and she thinks it's not fair for me to move that price up to 35$. I mived it by 5$ juz becuase it was a late payment. She still hasnt payed me. Which price is more reeasonable: 20,30,35 or 40$

  1. I can't believe i just read that whole thing.

  2. 35

  3. Since you already have a new one, any money you receive from your friend will be a plus.  Perhaps she cannot afford as much as you want.  The question you should really be asking yourself is:

Is a silly straightener or money worth losing a friend?

Think about it before you get mad at her for a few bucks.
