Which rodent for me?

Question

my mum and and dad gave my puppy away a few weeks ago, and a day after my hamster died, so i was feeling pretty sad and so they decided to get me another rodent type animal.

I'd like a rodent that can sit with you, and isn't too small.

I was thinking a indoor rabbit or a chinchilla?

ferrets sometimes dont know how to control themselves and can sometimes be a pain in the ***., they also have a very strong bite.

Chinchinllas are expensive and they arent that fun.

Rabbits need a lot of space but they can be like robots, but if you can give them enough space to be fun in, it might be the pet for you.

rats cant sit next to you, they are obsessed with crawling and climbing.

sugar gliders are too small

degus are to small.

Guinea pigs are good pets, and it matches your decription of what you want.  they can sit next to you, they like cuddling and can respond to their names.  they love attention, expecially from their owner.  they sleep at night, activer during day, and make cute noises

if you get a chinchilla, you need two to they have companionship. I think rats or guinea pigs are another great idea, but htey also need companions cuz they can't like alone.

Rats are social kind and dont really bite they can learn to me girls best rodent LOL rats are low matnence and are medium sized get a rat! they might sound gross but there like a big gerbil!♥

I think a FEMALE rat, they are very sweet,loving,They will sit on your shoulders and won't try to run away, they don't smell, and they are the cutest things you'll ever see!

I think you should get a guinea pig. Guinea pigs are great pets they are smart, loving, clean ,and they are not that stinky. (Ferrets Stink) Also guinea pigs are cute and entertaining.

When I was little I had a lot of animals but I always wanted to have a guinea pig because they are great.
