I'm going to bravos, and i was just wondering out of these 2 meals which one would be the healthiest & approximately how many calories do you think is in each dish?

balsamic marinated chicken breast..(lightly glazed grilled chicken with vegetables & spinach)

Meditteranean pasta (barilla plus multigrain pasta with olive oil, sprinkled feta cheese, spinach, & sundried tomatoes)

  1. The chicken breast sounds healthier ..but it depends on what "hidden' ingredients they add.

The feta cheese is the only drawback on the pasta, but if it's not too much it should be ok.

Ask the restaurant if  they have any nutrition information before you order

  2. the chicken because the pasta probably has more carbs

also, the chicken comes with veggies and has lots of protein

  3. The chicken will give you the protein you need plus your veggies.  The pasta will just give you carbs.  Don't know the calories as we don't know what all they put in it.

  4. when you get there you could just ask or call the resturant and ask before you go.

  5. Well, have you had a lot of carbs today? Have you lacked some protein today? If so go for the chicken. If you haven't had many carbs today... go for the pasta. A healthy meal is well balanced with your day. Chicken would be the lighter choice if you've had a heavy day... if you've have a light day... go for the pasta- multigrain pasta is good for you, as is feta cheese. Try to go for a low fat cheese.

As for Calories... Bravo's is a groccery store correct? Just count your calories. Pasta and cheese is going to have more calories than chicken and veggies... but both meals are healthy and pretty low calorie. Again, it depends on what you've really eaten today.
