i dont get the white castle commercial with death, the old man, the young woman, and the white castle burger sitting in the chair talking to death? SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IT MEANS!!!!!

It means that White Castle burgers are so good that not even death can resist the craving for them. Hence the Grim Reaper leaving the hospital and heading to White Castle instead of the old man dying.
