White spots on face?

I have these white spots on my face and I think I got it from the pool. Does anybody know what it is and how to get rid of it. I haven't gone to the pool since this happened. My skin is brown. Need help! please!

I have that too. My mom spoke to her friend who is a dermatologist and she said it's okay it's just fungus on your skin. She said to make sure you wash your face with a clean wash towel and it will dissapear in a couple of days or weeks and she also gave me this ointment.

But i also heard that it means you don't drink enough water.

My sister had them all over her face too. It's called fungus and your doctor will prescribe some ointment to put on them twice a day until they go away. Good luck ;)
