Whitening mouthwashs?

hey i have braces so i cant use strips but i was wondering, does whitening mouthwash work? if so which one is most effective? thank you :)

Whitening mouthwash won't really help because it is not in contact with your teeth long enough to be very effective.  

You can ask your dentist about the in office bleaching even with braces, because some of the gels that they apply will whiten all areas of the teeth even if they are not in direct contact with them.  Meaning, even if you have braces on, if they apply the bleach around the braces, it will still whiten the surfaces under the braces.  It may not sound possible, but they have done studies with dyes showing that it does happen.

Or, they may be able to make trays that fit around your braces so you can bleach at home...
