If he consistenly played in the midfield (not full back like D!CK HEAD Pagan thought). Then Bryce Gibbs, he seems to be the real deal.

- Vision

- Good skills

- Decent tackler

- Can play anywhere due to his size and versatility

My #2 would be Scott Pendelbench (thats what i call him anyway).

Murphy seems like a decent player, its just he is small and isnt exactly the fastest guy.

Thomas is ALL show, he will do some flashy things throughout his career (goal of the year, mark of the year etc.)

Unfortunately, I have never seen any of them play, since Andrew Demetriou, Ben Buckley, the AFL, ESPN and Fox Sports have shut off the television of footy here in America. (Yes, it is on some obsure satellite channel called Setanta, available to less than 1% of USA viewers). Plus, I haven't been to Oz to see the footy since 2003, all of them were still in under 16's. I can understand that you may think Dale Thomas is a dud and Scott Pendelbury is average, they are idiots from Collingwood. Since you think the youngsters from Carlton are legends, I suppose you are a Blue Bagger. That is OK, but where do you rate the Geelong youngsters (Stokes, Varcoe, Selwood)?

I see you are a Carlton supporter, and the 2 guy's you rate highly are very good players.

I would have Bryce Gibbs ( he should of been playing for the Crows, only to have the AFL to f*ck things up for Adelaide) and I would have Dale Thomas, most definately.

3) Scott Pendelbury. Average is what we all need to have in our teams :)
