Pilots?  Is that a trick question?  I suppose sometimes it's the owner, but that would make him or her a pilot too, right?  I know Arnold Palmer flies a jet, as well as John Travolta, but he has to hire a co-pilot for his 707.  Or, were you asking about who flies on a corporate jet?  Whoever wants to, and can afford them.  I hope that answers your question.
