Start by relaxing. You cannot relax if you are thinking, 'I gotta do this I gotta do that'.

Don't do work in your leisure time because then it won't be leisure.

Read a good book, do a crossword puzzle, build a ship in a bottle, take up a project that gives you pleasure.

Remember; anytime that you exercise your mind is a learning experience
