Who added the most National Parks?

If you know the answer or you found it could you give me a link to a website where I could find this information. It cannot come from a .com or wikipedia. Preferably .gov, .edu, .mil, or things along those lines.

If you are speaking of the US, then there are really only 58 National Parks, at least that are named so.

To answer your question as to which STATE has the most National Parks, it is a TIE between ALASKA & CALIFORNIA and each of them has 8 National Parks.
