Who are the missing teams?

But who are the missing teams from the list?

I think 3 of them could be Spain, Russia and Morocco, but I am unsure (the teams listed are obviously the temas participating in the World Cup).

Does anyone know who the teams are who are missing from the list?

There's the list of all 95 ranked teams.

Ceck the IRB site on a regular basis between October and May, it is quite interesting watching the minor teams going up and down in there own competitions.
