I think it is from an Anime Dating Game, which is hard to tell because they all share a similar art trademark (notice the face of the guy is not totally shown always and emphasizes only the female face).

My best bet is that it could be from the anime:

To Heart (or)

Kanon 2006

other than that it could be a screen capture of a japanese dating simulation game.

those are just anime pictures... they either came from anime games or people just drew them... they're not necessarily from an anime.
