I need some lessons on how to be a very good center and ways to snap the ball faster could you help me from [e-mail]

get someone to practice with you.  work on your stance.  try to snap the ball and explode off the line at the same time.  remember your the one who decides when the play starts.  so you can never be offsides.  you have the advantage of surprise over the defense.

Well, you need to start by making sure you are built for the position. You need to pretty tall & need to be aggressive when getting rebounds. And boxing out is a key to being a good center.Also watch for those people who like to drive inside.
