Sarawak Kuching got a alligator farm. They also sell alligator meat. Some said it teats like Chicken.

Haven't tried gator yet..

Tried crocodile and crocodile jerky. Didn't like it.

Some people say it taste like chicken.. But, I prefer chicken la..

i used to work security for a cajun festival and one of the food vendors there sold alligator sausage. 2 years in a row i only agreed to work for crappy pay so i could get some of this guy's food.

unfortunately this past year i got sick and was unsure if it was the food or other medical issues. HOWEVER, fortunately... i was NOT due to his food so as far as your question goes...
