Who else hates yappy little dogs?

I hate them.  Usually yappy little dogs have bad owners who haven't bothered to train them properly and have tried to humanise them.  They are usually dirty - pee and poo everywhere - and are spoilt.  Their owners assume that just because they love their little poopsie, everyone else must too.  Guess what, we don't!

i do!!! i am a huge animal lover! but dogs that aren't trained, they are unbearable to me. tanya, if you really loved dogs you would train them so they aren't so unhappy that they turn to continuous barking. i prefer big dogs, only because owners tend to treat little dogs like babies and refuse to discipline them.

Hate to say this, but I worked in a huge boarding kennel for years while in college and the biggest barkers were always the big dogs.  I always thought little dogs were yappier until I started working there.

I love all dogs and don't hate any of them.  Hate is such a strong word.

I don't like big yappy dogs either. Size doesn't matter when it comes to yappy.

What makes you think that all little dogs are yappy? I have several Chihuahuas, and NONE of mine are yappy at all! If you properly train them, then you should not have a problem with any breed being yappy!

I don't hate the dogs, i just don't like the owners who don't know how to train their dog. Big dogs can be yappy too, but its not yapping, its loud barking. I don't hate any dog, just bad owners.

I do hate it when they yap and wake up my niece though, and I do hate it when I tell them to be quiet and they just keep on barking.

I am more of a big dog person!! But little dogs are cute!!

My mother-in-law has 3.  She did have 5.  They yap at every car, 4 wheeler, person walking, bike, motor cycle, etc.  They are annoying.  My mom has the same breed, and her's doesn't do that.  It how they are raised.

If someone has a "yappy little dog" it is probably the owners fault.  They probably aren't meeting the pups needs...example:  exercising it, training it...etc.  A tired pup is a happy, calm, pup!!!

i do!!!  my neighbors dogs yap all the time. and there not just barking at my dogs but they bark at ea other all day long. there little annoying rats!!!! i mean dont get me wrong i love dogs, but a yappy dog is like having someone talking in your ear all day never shutting up.
