The house was discovered in 1965 by a farmer digging a new basement six feet below the ground. A similar house can be seen in the movie 10,000 B.C.[2]"  ****

Civilization as we know it began between North Africa and western Asia in the land known as Mesopotamia.  The first civilization that lived there was called Sumer.  Then, other communities began to appear around the world.  In order for these civilizations to grow, they needed shelter and other buildings to live in and to store resources.

    Early man found shelter in caves and other structures already in nature.  But eventually man started to make his own shelter.  One of the first houses was made like tents; cone shaped and wrapped in leather and animal furs.  These houses were made using stone tools.  

So there's probably not such person, who invented a house. It just developed naturally

Bob the Builder

He was working on an extension and his tape machine started speeding up. at the same time Wendy threw a load of bricks in the mixer(geddit???)  whilst lofty was blowing his whistle to alert traffic.

By a strange coincidence Judge Jools was,nearby, talking to the Trumpton fire crew about line dancing, heard the resulting music and the rest is history.

The day after, they shot a traffic warden and invented Gangsta but that's another story....
