Second, as common as both names are, you really need to add some details, like what country, what century and what field. Unless you put it in your question, we can't tell what country you are in. Kenneth E. Bower is a published writer of books of faith/religion, especially to the Baha'I Faith, and books dealing with scientific matter.

It seems he also edits books.

He was actually the EDITOR of Polymers, Phosphors, and Voltaics for Radioisotope Microbatteries.

He is also one of the National Spiritual Assembly members of the American Baha'I Faith.

He was originally a resident of resident of Bullhead City, Arizona. His family has membership in the Native American Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
