  1. stock broker is a person who has membership in a stock exchang, liky New York Stock Exchange NYSE. the stock broker purchase and sell shares for his/her clients that may be individuals or corporates, against his/her services he/she charge some comission to the respective clinets.  normally this comission is based on the volume of shares.
