One of the "Cosby kids" from years ago. Bill did voice personifications of kids he ran around with when he was a boy, and Fat Albert sounded a lot like "Louis Armstrong". He was a "large" boy that came in really handy when they got into fights with other kids in the neighborhood. If his childhood was a funny as he describes, it would have been something to witness.
