Who makes bio plastic retail packaging ?

Im looking for clamshell retail packaging, that is made from corn or soy plastic, or other bio plastics, there are many manufactures of bio plastic for food , is there any for retail packaging of non food items , such as cellphones, etc

Most packaging like that is custom made to order.  For instance to fit the particular cell phone exactly.  

Find the people that make bio-plastic clamshell packaging, and ask them if they can blow custom molds.
