Who resolves Questions in Discover?

I seem to see a lot of resolved questions on Channel 7's lack of ability to telecast the Olympics the way the "Most Australians would like to see". So who resolves these?

Once a question is far enough off the list, its not really going to get much of a response, and the idea of these questions is mainly to show massive dissatisfaction with what channel 7 AND yahoo have done.

Channel 7 because of their ineptitude and Yahoo for bowing to the pressure of 7 and removing the links to the discussion forums from the page. This was done because 95% of the topics in the discussion forum are about how terrible the broadcasting is.
