I'm a Chelsea fan just for the record.

Someone like David Villa would fit in beautifully to their system, Wenger however will not change his wage system to be able to pay for him. Arsenal, let's face it, for the last 5 years have been a selling club, buy low, sell high, which is fine, but if they want to truely challenge the premier league what they need is a strong captain, a true leader, Fabregas is too young and I prefer a defender captain, as they have to ball in front of them most of the time and can command the team. Gallas is a fruit loop, who says he has more friends at Chelsea than Arsenal, which is a problem for a captain. Someone like a Ricard Carvalho from Chelsea, (which I would hate to lose), maybe someone like Marchena, or David Navarro, from Valencia, a broken team, looking for money, or a big German, like Mertesacker, from Werder Bremen.

I said this quite a few times now, but I think they should buy a tall and commanding centre-back to partner either Toure or Gallas. However, I would have said a defensive midfielder too, but Arsenal already signed Coquelin.

Maybe even a goalkeeper, but Wenger has confidence in Almunia, Fabianski and Mannone. But he knows better than me what to do, so as they say, "In Wenger we trust".

Anyone except another KID. Kids are mostly only good for the future, trouble is that Wenger keeps selling them off before the future comes! Hence Arsenal are always an inexperienced team.

They shouldn't buy Arshavin, he's overrated. Maybe they should buy back Hleb.
