Sorry I just changed to Verizon and I get confused sometimes

And also, I accidentally clicked mobile IM but i clicked decline, but does that still make me pay money? =(

Idk about the first two, but it doesn't cost you for the Mobile IM thing.

the 2 arrows mean something downloading incoming or outgoing, and no you won't get charged for that im thing, and I have no clue what the circle thing is either
