Louis XIV of France. Took the throne at 5 years old. Reached majority at 13. His Chief Minister, Cardinal Jules Mazarin really ruled the country until Louis was 23. Coincidentally, this is when the Cardinal died. His was an Absolute Monarch and one of the first. He called himself the sun king because he was the center of france, just like the sun was the center of the solar system.
