Who will win the 2008 Masters?

I am picking Goosen. When he gets hot, as he is now, he is always a threat.

Anyone picking anyone other than Tiger Woods clearly knows very little about golf.  He is not a slam dunk, 100% lock to win, but I would put his chances at at least 70%.  I would take him in a bet against the field easily.

Other than Tiger, Furyk or Ogilvy would have to be considered good possibilities.  For a 'dark-horse' I'd go with Steven Ames or maybe Sergio.

So goosen shows up once on the leaderboard in 3 years and you pick him?  Why not pick Ogilvy then?  Both of them are playing well, but the Master is a place where you have to be 10000% confident in your shots, and the only golfer out there that does that day in and day out is Tiger Woods.  Plus, if you havent noticed tiger has been pretty hot lately too...5 outta the last 6

Well after tigers disappointing performance at the recent WGC championship at Doral i can't say he is a cert for the win i think if he  putts well there is only one person who can challenge him and that's an on from Phil Mickelson so there you have it if Tiger putts well its him or "Lefty Phil"

Tiger looked really shaky at Doral at the recent WGC.  If he stays on his game plan and puts the ball in play he wont be beat.  A dark horse to look at is Justin Rose.  Slowly and quietly now has worked his way to I think 6th in the world. Hes playin good
