yeah i did. i deflected it into my own net. i was in front and tryed to stop a shot with my stick and i deflected it in. i was a pretty sweet deflection though even though it went against us.

I have, it happens however too often so it isn't funny every time.  I haven't done it, but I was the happy recipient of the goal once.  I tried passing it, but the opposite player got in the way and that was his first year because it was after the 2nd period started when they change nets.

And no, I have never scored on my own team, but I did score "with" our goalies sister!!

I'm not really worried about it and even if the Wings lose tonight, they're still up one game in the series. It's not time for Wings fans to panic yet. Sure, I'd love to see them win at home, but I'm not going to stress over this game just yet.

And no, I'm not a player, just a fan of the game. =)

Yes I have. It deflected off my stick into the net. It really sucked. But at least it was not a game winner

Never happened to me, I was usually the goalie back in grade school.  Though, once I was scored on in floor hockey from 100 feet away when I moved to the side to avoid getting hit with a speeding hard plastic ball.   Groans aplenty from my team.

he was shooting to the left and Halls skate just so happened to hit the puck off of it and into the net. so *technically* they didn't score on themselves.. lol

but no, i've never done that. lol i'd be so embarrassed and go crawl under a rock. but hey, it happens.

I did it twice in the same game.  One off my stick and one off my shin.  It was a playoff game also.

Yes...............I did it both in junior and the AHL.

Except I didn't need an ankle to bank it in off.........I did it Backstrom and McCabe style...........right into the open cage!

yes in a pick-up roller hockey game a couple years ago while on a backcheck trying to put the puck in the corner (of the rink not the net !!) one of the guys thought it was funny so I dropped the gloves next shift ... he was so surprised he didn't have time to drop his so I had to rip them off his hands and then land a couple rights. it was great.

Did you see him talk to Ozzie before the play that he was pulling an "Owen Nolan" and pointing where he was scoring.The face of Hasek on the bench was classic because thats who Owen scored on in the All Star game.
