It's hard to compare players who were raised to play two different kinds of games, Ovie being a high-scoring winger and Crosby being a playmaking center.

Alex Ovechkin is a better scorer but Crosby is a better leader on the ice and he is a better playmaker.

Alex Ovechkin is a great scorer and has the ability to carry a team on his own. Crosby plays on a team with more superstars, and is a very good playmaker. Ovechkin is much more physical and is able to steal the puck from other players. Crosby can make any pass come through. I would still have to say Ovechkin is the better of the two.

Crosby has a better poker face but AO has that look where no one wants to study his face to find his tell. Let them enter the World Series of Poker to find out for sure which is really better at the game, it's open to anyone with the money.
