Whose the best NFL team?

My team is the Saintsand I know they're probably looking at a 8-8 record at best. But I want to know which team is going to go all the way in your opinion.

the SUPER BOWL champions, are the best team until they are eliminated from play and, from what I saw last night of the first team, they are more likely to be doing the eliminating.

AFC - San Diego or Indianapolis (whole conference is wide open)

NFC ÃƒÂ¢Ã‚Â€Ã‚Â“ tough call, I am a Cowboys fan but the NFC east will be a killer. I would say Chicago and Seattle have been passed by, the Saints could be good again, the Vikings always seem to destruct (will ruin AP just like they did Moss if he stays), that leaves (wow, I guess the NFC east) Philadelphia (if McNabb can survive a season), Dallas, or the Giants with San Francisco (laugh if you want) as a dark horse.

I do like Sean Payton and Drew Brees, but really questioned the Reggie Bush selection - A J Hawk might have been a better improvement to the team. Imagine Vilma and Hawk back there, would have been really cool.

As of right now, the best team is still the New York Giants since they won the superbowl the previous football season. That and it's still preseason and no one has a record yet.

Whoever wins the superbowl for this year will be the best team.

Or whatever team you root is the team you think is the best, even if they were dead last last year, or had an average year.

I pick the Saints and Jaguars to reach the Super Bowl

with the Saints to win it all, Brees and Bush will bounce back this season.

It's such a toss up being that it's preseason.  However, I would honestly have to say that it is the New England Patriots.  They still have the Super Bowl experience and the best QB-WR tandem since Young-Rice.  The only thing I'm worried about is their secondary, but quite frankly, the Pat's have a knack to solidify their backfield with anyone.  Mayo will be the youth needed in the LB core, and I think Merriweather can be a surprise. The offense will be phenomenal again.

However, keep a look out for: Jacksonville Jaguars, Minnesota Vikings, Dallas Cowboys, and the San Diego Chargers.  All look to be ready for a good season.

I'm a Cowboys fan, and they are set for a long run this year. However, until somebody else goes 18-1, New England remains the best in my mind.
