Ok so i stay up till like 3am end up falling asleep some where around 6am because i usually have a headache right before i go to bed. So when i finally do fall asleep 3 hours later i end up waking up at 4 or 5pm. I don't wake up easily. My mom usually has to yell at me to wake me up(she has to be like right by me to wake me up). Then when I do wake up in about 2 hours if i'm not doing something i have a headache and fall back asleep. Then i'll wake up in about 2 hours, and then i will stay up half the night listening to music or talking to friends. My mom say there is something wrong with me, is there???

  1. First of all your sleeping patterns are very erratic. You are definitely not getting enough sleep which can lead to severe headaches. Try to keep yourself in a consistent pattern with sleeping and being awake. Anytime you change this you are going to have issues like headaches or fatigue, speaking from experience on that! If you change this and get plenty of sleep and still have problems I would talk to your doctor.

  2. You might have migraines...which would explain not being able to sleep. But I would go to your doc and talk to her about it. Hopefully this all resolves itself. Best of luck!!

  3. Everything's ok.

I'm the same. Sometimes when i fall asleep in the morning i wake up late/in the afternoon, also with a headache. It's just because we go to sleep later than usual, that's all really. When it doesn't coordinate with the biological clock then you feel side effects (like headaches). The best way to return to normal patterns of sleep, is SKIP ONE NIGHT's SLEEP (in your case it's morning-noon sleep), and then wait untill next night to sleep. It's very effective and fast. I know it from experience.

  4. Well, it think you need to definitely see a doctor and you know let them figure this out. But it's nothing like you have a disease or anything. Take medicine that your doctor gives you.... and you know get rest cause maybe you shouldn't be going to bed sooo late....you know just see a doctor, they will tell you wats up

  5. These are common signs of sleep apnea... Now I'm not a doctor but the same symptoms were presented to me. While surfing the web I came across a list of symptoms. I stay up till 8am then go to sleep. Once i fall asleep it would take another world war to wake me up. Once i woke up on my own power, I still didn't feel like sleeping even helped any. I'm a computer programming so that's what my brain will focus on. If you focus highly on one thing or even a few its harder to sleep. This really should be corrected as soon as possible it can interfere with relationships, friends, school, and family.
