Why are so many reporters crazy?

there are reporters out in hurricanes, on the battlefields, i am watching one in jamaica when it is being hit by a hurricane

That is their JOB. They are PAID to do it. However, it's not like they report hurricanes every day. But wasnt there a reporter or two that died in wars? Pretty crazy & devoted...Crazy...yep.
