  2. well, on my computer, itunes always takes a really long time so maybe you just have to wait or maybe it isnt installed anymore.

  3. This happened to me yesterday!

    I re-started my computer, and then it worked just fine.

    but if that doesn't work, completely delete & re-install

    iTunes and it SHOULD work just fine. Thats how I fix it ♥
