He didn't, not any more than everyone else hates blacks. Black POWs were treated the same as white POWs by the Germans in WWII. It was the white POWs who treated them badly. American General Patton wouldn't use black troops, because he thought they were too stupid. Of course that is also true of George Washington, he was afraid to arm blacks because he thought they were not trustworthy. Study your history!
