Why do i get random diarea?

sometimes randomely i get diarea my gyt feels tight and sick then i go into the restroom have diarea and feel fine 10 mins later im not sick in any other way and there is no pattern it could happen once a month once a week or 2-3 times a day why is this

I'd guess that maybe it is random pathogens.  Try washing your hands.
