  1. Sometimes I have completely random thoughts in my head that I know aren't true. Whenever you think these, just think of the person that you are subconciously "bagging", and try to realise that you dont really hate them. Your brain can be quite a creative thing, so thoughts can just float around there. Sometimes if you are in a bad mood, you will think bad things about people that you dont really mean. Dont worry, it happens to almost everyone. And mate, you aren't going to h**l. Just focus on the person, and not what you are thinking about them. Sometimes it can even be the opposite, when you hate someone but you think you love them. Just try and think what you really think of the person. You'll find the answer.

  2. I guess u need to stop feeling guilty...for whatever reason it be..but i think its guilt that is bothering u.

  3. Hi,

It is natural to have unwanted thoughts (esp when you are bored) and it is worse if you try to avoid having them. The thoughts would become even more intrusive. You can also do an experiment. Try to avoid thinking of a white tiger and chances are you would be thinking of the white tiger more than usual. Instead, try to understand the illogicality of your thoughts. Perhaps if your obsessive thought is 'If I am cursing Jesus in your head, I actually do hate Jesus subconsciously.' Understand the irrationality of the thought and change it to something more rational. Eg., If I am cursing Jesus, it is just my mind wandering off and creating random thoughts. So, just watch the thoughts and do not react to them. It may feel very uneasy at first but the more you react to them, the more power you give to the thought and the more intrusive it would be. That's how I overcame my obsessive thoughts in the past too. Used to think that an evil thought means something, but well..an evil thought can also be a random thought too. So, just relax :)

  4. The feelings your feeling inside are being projected in negative ways.  The energy inside you needs to be let out.

  5. Yes, the part about football helps.  I think that you might have sustained an injury to the psyche by being hit on the head.  It is very possible that you may be a little "crazy" now from the blow.

About the Jesus thing, it is not necessary to go too deeply on loving Him.  Just do it ever so gently.  I believe that is what He would want you to do.

One other thing, I'll bet that there are many others like yourself.  Just remember to be in charge of your thoughts, don't let them be in charge of you.

You may need to see a psychiatrist.

  6. just because...don't worry about it. you DO have the power to make your own choices..use it

  7. Sometimes when you challenge yourself not to have bad thoughts you actually do.  You simply need to relax and not think into it.  It's totally natural.  And you probably won't go to h**l.

  8. I agree very much with Tom C.

Sometimes I if i imagine what it would be like if someone in the room could read my thoughts.. I start thinking really mean things about that person, for no reason. I never mean the things I think.
